- Laboratory test (if required) to see product's quality and engine condition

Customers are suggested not only searching product's equivalent but consult several things before hand, such as:
- Recommended lubricant standard from OEM manufacturer
- Engine's age
- Application & environment conditions (fuel, work load, temperature, humidity, chemical, etc)
- Frequent problems which occur on engine and lubircant
- Recommended lubricant applications published by OEM manufacturer owned by customers.
